Is there any way to use a shortcode so that it can be done? If the code is not there, is there any way we can call the comment section using a code?

Using the comments from our theme it can be done only f you edit the theme code, for this you’ll need a developer.
Another solution will be to try a comment plugin that have this option, or maybe to vide a js code that can do that.
