In documentation, unless it has updated, I see in the theme panel I should be able to see Featured Image section in the Post section.
I don’t see anything though.
In theme panel under Post settings there is nothing about featured image. Has this changed or moved somewhere?

Hello,
You can set a Placeholder in Theme Panel -> Blocks Settings -> https://i.imgur.com/mo0Cbu2.png.
Also, in the editor, please check if the Featured image is enabled in the post editor from Preferences -> Panels -> https://i.imgur.com/sugnYMJ.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/
