Is the Newspaper theme 11.5 AMP compatible?
When I install the AMP plugin it throws CSS issues error messages
Please help us to understand how to integrate and use AMP with his theme.

Yes, the Newspaper is AMP compatibility. We also have a guide for amp -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
Please use the amp with the mobile theme plugin and you can choose to use the mobile theme plugin only for amp -> https://i.imgur.com/5k5Pc09.png
