I’ve selected the Chained News Pro category template, bvut it is not showing the most recent posts.
I looked in TagDiv Composer, but on each section I do not see an option for showing the latest posts. I see other options, such random, and there is one for oldest posts, but not an option for newest.
I also have a problem with white stripes across the full width of the page, and can’t find a way to remove them, even with CSS (I’m using CSS Hero which just shows this as being the blue background colour).

Please provide more details about you issue with the Hero and white stripes.
The theme has filter and sort option, for example the latest will be display the articles from newest to oldest. Please check the documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
