I believe that it is usually happening only when you are not logged in, in this case the problem can be caused by a cache, image optimizations, CDN.

If the problem is from cache then the settings from the plugin needs to be checked, the CDN needs to be set like in this guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/

I just checked on my website using more browsers and for me seems to be ok. Did you manage to resolve the problem? If not, then can you please try it in incognito or with a browser without extensions? It is possible that you have some extensions that are interfering.
