Instagram Connection

Hello,

Yesterday my instagram feed was working, but today I am getting the following:
“Instagram data error: The data could not be retrieved using the Instagram ID. If you own this account, please connect to it in Theme’s Panel Social Networks > Instagram Account Access Configuration section.”
When I connect within the theme I get the following error: {“error_type”: “OAuthException”, “code”: 400, “error_message”: “Insufficient developer role”}

Hello,

Please let me know if tried to connect from other browsers, maybe you have some extensions that block the request to connect -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/instagram-access-account-configuartion-failing/

Yes, I tried to connect from a different browser and I didn’t have the extensions blocked.

Here the same problem, I reconnected instagram and reconfigured. Started working again

Hello,

I removed the theme and then reactivated, deleted access that was approved from IG and then reactivated and now it is working.
