Please make sure you have the same cloud template, or that you use a cloud template because it seems on some posts, you use standard templates.

The standard templates have fewer options, and these cannot be edited, for example, if you want to display the content after the comments or put a featured image in the right part. Cloud template is very flexible, and you can make your own design, the standard ones only have those predefined styles in the Theme Panel.
