I am trying to link my Instagram @rockmyfaith to my website: https://rockmyfaith.wpengine.com. But every time I try to attach it in the Theme Panel, it sends me to Facebook. I know know Facebook owns IG, but this account does not have a FB. Please assist.

The Instagram account needs to be administrated by a Facebook account, and the Instagram Account needs to be business -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/instagram-widget/
