I have tried using different cloud div templates but not getting it.
I also want to achieve the design https://wikkitimes.com/news/ of the Menu for my website https://heraldreporters.com/news/ as well as the home page design.

You need to add a row set the layout of the row to 2/3+1/3 https://i.imgur.com/ui33biR.png
and in the first section, set a posts loop and in the sidebar a Flex Block and filter it -> https://i.imgur.com/oIyHKeh.png
