How to change width of content area and sidebar to a particular px?

My ad company recommended reducing my site’s (https://thegorillaposition.com) content area to a width of 728px and the sidebar to 300px to maximize layout earnings. I’ve searched through the Newspaper theme settings to find a way to do this, but I couldn’t find anything. Appreciate any tips in advance!

Hello,

You can set the width on columns -> https://i.imgur.com/Br59cL5.png

Thank you!

Thanks for the quick reply.

On my site’s front page, I select ‘edit with tagDiv composer.’ I’ve set columns to 728px width and sidebar width to 300px.

Yet, I still see 696px width on the content and 372px on the sidebar (example article: https://thegorillaposition.com/hitting-the-marks-podcast-05-10-2019-smackdown-presents-raw/).

null

I can only see the option to edit with tagDiv composer on the main page. However, when I try to change the width in articles, the option to edit with tagDiv is replaced with “Global Standard – Default,” therefore not allowing me to edit content area across all articles.

Further guidance is appreciated in advance!

Hello,

You need to use a Single Post Template to be able to edit the post.

Thank you!
