Hello, after upgrading to version 12.3.1, an advertising banner appears at the top of the admin area which I understand belongs to your company with the text “Bespoke Web Development & Design Services” (redirect after clic to https://tagdiv.com/) and which cannot be closed.
I understand that this is a paid Theme, which should not have advertising in the administration area, at least not so visible.
Can you tell me how to remove that banner?

who had the idea for this banner? It really is a bad way to show an advertisement to paying customers and have a new option in a sub-menu to turn this off 🙁 At least a button “Show only once”, that turns the banner off without looking here into the forum how to do this, would be a good UI.
This is some kind of joke in the paid topic of their advertising! Who allowed this to happen? The policy of this team is increasingly idiotic, they do not focus on improvements, new design, but on how to rake in more money at our expense.
This is a joke, what are you doing? We already paid for your theme, not intending to pay for your web design services the hell is this?

As far as I concerned, SOME users find this Ads extremely useful… That is what Anamaria mentioned. So! We all have to accept this as “useful tool”.
They will ignore our comments or opinions until we get used this Ads. SOME users like us feel extremely shame, but all this team can do is setting up “Turn it On/Off” on the page which we do not access so much, NOT erase it.
The definition of “useful” is different for them and team members cannot reply us with proper answer, since they need to earn some as we do.
Anyway, I love this theme (we all love this). Even if we paid, we just need to accept this. Shame…
You should at least add a dismiss and never show again, it is one thing to show while in the admin area of Tagdiv but throughout the site, bad form guys.
It’s decisions like these that make me question the future of this theme.
Well, the time spent to put On/Off button for an advertisement within thedashboard, builder….of the product that you have already purchased :D…good job guys..there’s no such thing as bad advertising..
just want to raise my voice…this is unbelievable annoying. The bad support had me question the theme all along…but unfortunately it is to cumbersome to change. But I will definitely NOT RECOMMEND this theme to anyone anymore

Very poor judgment.
On the one hand, I understand you, but on the other hand, I don’t, because you bought the theme once and have been using it since then, and you had support, even if I think maybe only half bought to extend the support, I’m using 100 licenses without any problem, but that’s how we are, when something is well done, we don’t come to thank them for continuing to develop this theme, and that everything is free, even if you bought it now or 5 years ago. I’m sure each of you makes money from the site where the theme is used. Haha =))
