Hello.
I have added a block on the front page featuring the three most recent posts from a specific category. Within the same category, there is a post I would like to keep as the first post, so I clicked on “Permanently 1st page.” However, the post does not remain in the first position, and all scheduled articles for that category are not being published as intended.

Hi,
A workaround could be to use a Post ID filter from the tab Filter from the element’s settings, and the articles will always be the same.
