General Modal Image does not work for New Posts

Dear Support,
I have General Modal Image is ON
After saved settings I created new posts with images (individual settings of images is off) and images does not show in popup/lightbox view.
I must edit image, set lightbox on and set link of media files. After this settings modal view works.
In all cases we need a set individula images to set lightbox on.
Is that ok?

Same error here from the last update…

All images from the beginning of the site appear to be lost td-modal-image class

Classic editor, wp 6.2, php 8.1
Edit: I meant, all modal problem since we’ve installed 12.3.1. Don’t want to downgrade, or even toy with that option, don’t know what to expect if we do that.

Well…
We don’t use Gutenberg and is not in our plans. Bettina told me you have a bug reported and confirmed about this issue. More than 4k post were ruined because is related to the general modal. So, this is not an option. If you can confirm this probably (because nothing is sure in life) be fixed in the next update, this would be a little relief.

yes, we use Clasic Editor Plugin!
I just tested and Anamaria is right…
Only added images without edit images, additional settings for light/modal box!
When created post in Clasic Editor – Modal not works
When create post in Gutemberg Editor – Modal works!!!

Now I have the same Problem with the Classic Editor. When does the Fix come? 12.3.1 is the issue.

Hi, should it work on the 12.4 Update? On my Site it doesnt work after the Update. Or should we wait a little for the 12.4.1 ?

No, it doesnt work for me. Its generally active but it only works when i activate it in every single picture manually.

Not working for us either on 12.4
Going back to 12.3 and working fine. Please fix it.

I had to upgrade to 12.6 due to a vulnerability in 12.3.

Still not fixed. Modal is not working with classic editor and Newspaper 12.6
Are you aware of this?
