I was able to create the form on the website, but whenever I am using Post form submit at the end of the form, the button does not load and it makes the page corrupt making the full page unresponsive.
Also, where are the entries saved once somebody saves the form?

Whenever I am adding the Post form submit from left panel to the page, the block just keep on loading and make website unresponsive. Login to the website already given to your team earlier.
