I am absolutely lost right now. I have 20 years working with WordPress and I’ve never been so frustrated.
I cannot edit the header. The “cloud header” system is an absolute mystery to me. The logo from the sample theme is persistent no matter what I do. Is there no documentation for this feature?
Also, my ads just aren’t showing up. No idea why. They won’t show up anywhere. I’ve configured about 6 of them hoping to see some form of life. Nothing works. Again… why is there no documentation for the ads feature?

To edit please use the option Edit with Tagdiv Composer, select the logo and after you will see the options.

I’ve set the shortcode from the Advanced Ads plugin in the header ad section, but I see no header ad on the page. This holds true for all ads in the theme panel- Sidebar, article top, article inline- none of them display on the page.
When I manually add an ad box to the page, using the “select and ad spot” pulldown in the Ad Content section doesn’t work. I have to manually add the shortcode in the Custom Ad field.
