how to add login/register buttons

gianghuy.vn this’s my site.
I just want to add login/register buttons to my other site but I dont know how to add this.

Maybe I want to change the login/join in my website to Login/register and direction to my other site, but I dont know to do it
I tried edit with Tagdiv but I dont see anyway to do it.
Plese help me tks you

noway sir, I just want to change to login/join buttons to open the other site, I mean my website is gianghuy.vn, when Click to login buttons it will open blog.gianghuy.vn exam,
