When i work on a template and try to add a block (i.e.) it does not appears, it maintains “thinking” and is not loaded. I have 2 licenses bought from 2 different accounts in envato:

Newspaper (www.trplane.com) 81a248832-2b36-4a20-a109-xxxxxxxxxxxx (working with no problem)
Newspaper (aesidu.trplane.com) 86fc1a79-7175-4336-9859-xxxxxxxxxxxx (provisional until web is finished)

What could it be?

i cannot create a user to cpanel based on the service created by supplier. I believe is a problem with jetpack. I am just beninning the creation of the site so, if you consider it, i can delete everything and begin from the 1st step
