The image would have been set but when we preview the post on the front end the images do not appear on the posts

If you add the element single post featured image, and set it as in this link: https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/ , then the image should display well.
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

We are setting featured images for the posts but when you save the posts the images are being stripped off the posts. It started recently.

We can take a look at this and investigate the issue. Please do a full backup to all files and databases and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– wp-admin URL and credentials
– cPanel URL and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Also, during the investigation know that we will disable the other non tagDiv plugins.

No It was not resolved and the case has been going on for almost 14 days without any success.
The site is losing out on readers because it is no longer appealing without images.
I hope the issue can be resolved as a matter of urgency

A solution is to use a global image for all posts – https://i.imgur.com/4GT5aQE.png or to set individual featured image on each post – https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/

I think it cop out have the same issue if image is not set 1200px by 675 px
damm if I know were those stupid format come from the image willNOT display
We should bbe able to use any demetion problem solved
