'Edit Content' in a 'Text with title' does not load

Good morning,

I have added a ‘Text with title’ element through the ‘Cloud Templates’ (to my selected Homepage Template) and when I click the ‘Edit Content’ option it keeps loading without letting me changing the contents of said element.

I have disabled ALL the plugins and I haven’t been able to make it work. Any ideas?

PS: I am trying to add a shortcode from an ‘external’ plugin.

Tests that I have already performed (all unsuccessful):

1. Disable all plugins.
2. Trying on Incognito Mode.
3. Saving the template, reopen the template, and re-editing the template.
4. Re-creating the template.
5. Using a blank template.
