I have the same issue. I am trying to load an element “column text” and when I click on the “Edit Content” link, I just get the icon of it loading ( the spinning circle).

Please open the console when you try to edit it.
I think you will have a 403 or 404 error, so please check this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/wp-editor-for-text-with-title-and-column-text-not-updating-content/ and try the suggestions. Also, please check the cache, clear/purge all cache.

mod_substitute
In some cases, the mod_substitute module default configuration may cause a timeout error on TD Composer when loading large pages. To fix this you have to add the following lines in the .htaccess file located in your website main folder:

I have tried the suggestion and did not work. the only plugins that are currently running are the plugins that were loaded with the theme, that I am currently working with. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, we are unable to grant you access due to the resource owner’s security policy. A similar problem exists on another site, which is also located on this server. Various demo templates are installed on the sites. There are no third party plugins. The WordPress version is installed by the hosting. That is, most likely, the problem is at the level of wordpress, server or php settings…
