WP Editor won't load in Tagdiv composer

As you can see in the log, the error is related to the lack of access rights. But other modules that work are in the same place …

And native wordpress editor in posts work without probleb

I found that the problem described occurs in wordpress version 6.31
On version WordPress 6.03 the text editor worked. As soon as WordPress was updated to version 6.31, the editor stopped working!!!
This situation happened on two different sites.

But on this sites the newspaper theme version was not updated to latest version.
After updating the theme, the editor started working
