Hi there
Everything was fine until one of the recent updates. Now the WP Editor from “Edit Content” doesn’t update the content. I have updated/disabled all plugins. I had to repurchase 6 month support, $70aud just to post this question which seems unfair as everything was working fine until the new updates.
Hi Milcroy, please note that this is the support police of enavato -> https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extending-and-Renewing-Item-Support
In most cases this problem is caused but untested plugins or some custom code. If you checked all these and the problem persists, we recommend to make a full backup to your website and database and send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Also make sure that all the requirement are set as in our guide form here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Thank you for you understanding!
Hi Calin
I have already emailed contact and still waiting for reply. I have DONT EVERYTHING. I even deleted EVERYTHING, database, the folder using FTP, then NEW WP installation, redirected DNS from Cloudflare back to Siteground, waited 24 hours just to make sure. I have NO other plugin except yours. FRESH new installation with latest version of your theme and your plugins. I read your guide TWICE. I think I have genuinely done EVERYTHING possible. VERSION 9 had NO PROBLEM. It is this new version 10 something has changed.
I had a similar issue, it was caused by cloudflares rocket loader, as soon as I disabled it I was able to edit content in the wp-editor.
UPDATE:
YES, FietsersbondHZ is RIGHT! The culprit is Cloudflare’s Rocket Loader. Make sure you have it off or wp-editor won’t work. ALSO. And this also took lots of time to realize but make sure you clear cache on your cloudflare (and your ‘supercacher, all 3 levels’ if Siteground) then actually close out the window that has your wordpress backend open. Log back in fresh after disabling rocket loader or you will find the wp-editor still won’t work. SPENT 3 WEEKS DOING THIS. Hope I can save you some time.
Hi,
I answered in your topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/fed-up-with-your-theme/. Also, I saw that you have sent an email, but the credentials are not working.
Thank you!
Hi Anamaria,
To be honest, I am quite disappointed with the features of your theme, as I had high expectations when I read about it. However, after observing the questions raised by other users in the community, it has become apparent that many users are experiencing issues with this theme, including myself.
It is essential to address such compatibility issues in your theme and mention them on the Themeforest page. Customers purchase themes with the expectation of minimizing problems and reducing the effort required to create a high-quality website. However, in this case, it has become a struggle, and I have even acquired two licenses for the same theme.
Nevertheless, I am willing to provide you with login credentials for the demo server’s WP admin and SFTP access. Please rectify the issue and provide me with a detailed step-by-step description of what actions you have taken to resolve it. This will enable me to implement the fixes on the live server.
Login Details-
Thanks

Hi,
The problem is caused the nginx https://i.imgur.com/vAVSdLa.png
Please check if this code is missing from your .htaccess: https://www.screencast.com/t/iN0R93dD3p from our requirements https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ this requirement is not displayed in System Status.
Usually, after you set the code in .htaccess the WP editor works well.
Please check the file permission also, check this guide https://www.basezap.com/fixed-403-forbidden-error-on-nginx-web-server/ -> https://www.debugbar.com/403-error-forbidden/#:~:text=NGINX%20403%20Forbidden%20is%20an,or%20an%20incorrect%20index%20file.
Alos, you can ask your host to help.
Thank you!
