Hi
Since I updated the version 12.5, even if I change the Sort order item to popular (last 7days), no posts are displayed.
Hello @metapicksjp!
The guide is here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/7-days-post-sorting/
We have some issues with the post views, and we hope to fix them as soon as possible in the next update. We’re sorry for this inconvenience!
Thank you so much for your understanding!
Thank you for your quick replyïŒ
I have checked that guide and I don’t think the settings are wrong, so I am waiting for the next update to resolve this issue.
Hello,
If you please, remove this option from your theme or even remark it as buggy or not working until you fix it.
You can also provide an alternative way that is compatible with your theme.
It have been a long time since occurred and does not seem to be at the top of your list of bugs.
Thank you.

Hello,
I just made some tests and for me the filer seems to work correctly, but it is possible to be a situation that I do not cache in my tests. I just did some tests and for me the option seems to work correctly, but it is possible that it is a situation that I am not recreating in my tests and therefore there should be no problems (from my tests on the popular option (last 7days) it shows me I’m looking for the most popular posts from all the posts that were viewed in the useful 7 days).
If you want we can take a look on your installers and see if there is a different on them.
Thank you!
Hello
I have updated to version 12.6.3 and still popular (last 7days) is not working.
It has been quite a while since I last asked here, why is it taking so long?
Also, why is it that I can no longer select popular (all time)?
Please let me know what other choices are available.
Hi @metapicksjp
There was an issue with popular (all time) will be fixed in the next update.
Thank you for your understanding!
Looks like we were happy too soon.
After upgrading from 12.4 to 12.6.3 “Popular” does not work.
We use Popular 24h and Popular 48h and it says – No posts because there is no data. If we switch to “Popular” 7d, it works, but only for now, because when 7 days have passed after the update, it will no longer work because there will be no data.
We thought it was working because everything showed up, but it only showed up because previous data for 24 and 48 hours was available.
And now we are forced to roll back to the 12.4 version again, which we don’t like at all, because updating production versions is not always a painless process.
Damn …
And what do developers do??? This problem has NOT been FIXED for 9 months!!!
Hi,
Please let me know if you have those options enabled -> https://prnt.sc/D6h1b5AmHymi -> https://prnt.sc/a0qh_q3f4CHs -> https://prnt.sc/gYemosda0a8X
If yes, and it still does not work, then please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the wp-admin access.
Thank you!
Helllo!
In Newspaper Theme Panel -> Layout Settings -> Post settings -> We don’t have a “Post and Custom Post Types” section:
Other 2 settings are the same (enabled)
But we enabled it in “Newspaper Theme Panel” -> “Layout Settings” -> “Post settings” -> “General post settings”, as it was disabled here, and now 24h and 48h views are working again.
So – you changed something with this setting after v12.4?
When we tried to use Newspaper, we turned it off, because we needed to count how many times the page has been viewed, but the page itself does not show how many views the particular page has. It didn’t help (we did it with css -> .tdb_single_post_views { display: none !important; }, because according to the description it only applies to the [shortcode] setting, but it remained turned off for us and was turned off all the time.
I really hope that it is “at last” đ
Hello!
We’ve discussed this issue here as well: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/post-views-7-days-incorrect-count/
