A in subject, can’t assign domain to license

Deactivate all the non-tagdiv plugins and try again.

As you see, problem is in assign domain to license, theme is registered properly.
But did as you ask, disable all plugins. Release register theme and again register properly.
Again i have no option to assign domain to theme.
