problem with upgrades

“Good evening, I have noticed that despite performing all the updates on the theme, it doesn’t appear as it would if I had done a fresh installation..! What could be happening? For example, it still has the category ‘DEFAULT SITE POST TEMPLATE,’ while in the new version on another site I have, I see that the option to choose a tamplate post has been removed and you have to create your own

now i noticed i still have her 9.0.1.

I have bought both themes more than once, and I thought I was doing updates on all sites.

so, on the one website that is 9.0.1., it doesn’t show me an option to update through admin. What to do;

is there any chance that the old version is to blame, that the site shows it in bad mobile user experience?
