I would like to ask you for a refund of the purchase price. The theme does not work as it should. When I want to make changes in the theme panel, such as changing the background colour, the colour is only changed on some of the many pages. Or if I change the header, nothing happens at all. Likewise, if I want to make changes for mobile, nothing is changed either. I have the feeling that no matter what I change in the theme panel, nothing really happens. I can’t work with it. The theme is actually really nice, but if it doesn’t work, it’s no use to me. I´m using Word Press version 6.3.2.

The options from the Theme Panel are for the standard template, but I think you have a Pro Prebuilt website and this uses cloud templates, which can be edited with tagDiv Composer -> https://www.screencast.com/t/UeBGkaYuundl, and select the element you want to edit => https://www.screencast.com/t/3vhZ5v4k and change the description.
