When trying to connect again facebook and instagram businness account it gives me always this error

No facebook account connected!
Error connecting facebook account –
Could not find Business Profile
It looks like this Facebook Account is not currently connected to an Instagram/Facebook Business profile or theme’s application has not been authorized to access data for any of the Instagram/Facebook Pages managed by this this Facebook Account.
Even iff user facebook as the right to manage faceboo business page and instagram business account….
What can i do to make it works

But yes the business account exist and the tag div app is authorized for this business account
It’s really annnyoing that all my visitors see an error on home and every single page due to this problem.
If it persist i will have to swap to another theme working better.

+1 – having this same problem. It can access 2 other FB/IG business account pages I manage but not the one I need for the website I’m working on :/

The same problem i have with plugins like WP2Social Auto Post, Social Auto Post! Same issue, everything is connecting thru facebook autorization but id does not retrieve the pages and i can not use the functions for the plugins.
Please help us with a fix for this problem. We run a newspaper and it takes time to manualy post every article from the site.

Normally the message that you see when you are logged in will not be displayed for visitors, for those will be like this – https://i.imgur.com/M3xjE44.png if you can contact us via email to take a look at this situation please contact us at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a temporary wp-admin access.
Also, if this situation appears with other social plugins then it is possible to be some changes from Instagram/Facebook part that change again the api and structure of social usages.
