I bought 2 licenses for 2 sites, the first one (purchased: 2023-10-02 23:43:23 UTC) was activated without problem, but the one that was purchased today (2024-03-15 19:58:46 UTC) was not active, on the site https://municipiosdeveracruz.com
It doesn’t show anything, I put the ENVATO PURCHASE CODE: and the email with which it was purchased, and when I click on the activate button, it only shows in the loading button and does nothing, it keeps marking me without registering.
I had already purchased a license for another site, with the same email, and I had no problem activating it
Hi,
Please make sure that you don’t have mixed content errors; you can check the console. You have to use an SSL plugin to fix it and then try to activate it again -> https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/fix-mixed-content-wordpress/ -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/
Also, if the theme can’t be activated, please check the console and see if there are message errors.
Also, make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Thank you!
hi, i’ve a problem in other site, https://perfilveracruz.com, show REGISTERED, but same show “No domains associated with your license key”, this site is delegate to me, but i’ve not buy this key, other person buy in the past, the owner not remember this license key, can u help me?
Hi,
The notification you are receiving means that the theme cannot reach our server and verify the key. The theme performs a check to verify the validity of the key and tries to connect to our database. If something interferes with this check, the theme will display that message. The check is made when accessing the demo install panel, the theme updates panel, or the license panel.
This kind of issue can be caused by plugin conflicts, or conflicts with various security/firewall settings from plugins or from the hosting, or from website restrictions set by the hosting. If something blocks the theme from verifying the key, the respective message is displayed and the theme will have limitations, unfortunately.
The first thing to do would be to check with the hosting if there are any restrictions in place, which would not allow the theme to reach our server and verify the key. I will take a look as well, for this please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com, I will need wp-admin login for the respective website and the license key, and also cPanel or a similar server manager. Let me know.
Thanks,
