I created page for privacy, terms and than added text with clasic editor
Pages > Privacy > Edit and with classic editor I added text.
There is no option to add sidebar content.
Theme Panel > Page template > CUSTOM SIDEBAR + POSITION ( option with right sidebar selected) default sidebar selected and is only option in scroll down option
I reed https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/, should I create page Privacy and than add privacy policy text with Tagdiv composer in this case I could split row in three columns and in middle one add text. Is that the right way to do it?

Yes, if you also want to have the sidebar, I suggest creating the page with tagdiv Composer and adding the text in the column text.
