Newspaper Theme Home Page not Working – 500 Internal Error

Hello. I have the same problem with Free News, Newsweek Pro and Urban Observer. While other themes work flawlessly, these three give a 500 error on homepage. The preloaded articles open alright, categories too but the home pages always give me 500 error. I want to use Free News as the new template for my site but if the problem persists I will be unfortunately forced to move to another WordPress Theme after 4 years.

Also, during the investigation know that we will disable the other non tagDiv plugins.

To save you some time, there are no plugins on my test site and yet the home pages of these three themes give the error 500. And no, I cannot give you access to my server. I am certain that there are more people having the same problem.
No issues here. (( I don’t work for tagdiv; just long time user. ))
Maybe turn on debug in wp-config.php and then paste your error log here if unable to grant temp access to the support team.
Common 500 error issues:
Browser cache
Corrupted database
Corrupted .htaccess file
Corrupted WordPress core or installation files
Database server problems
Incorrect file and folder permissions
Problem with the PHP memory limit
Third-party plugin
