Hello.
We use the Newspaper 12 theme and use the mobile-theme feature.
When searching on google and entering the website (ekonomifokus.se) from there the mobile version is shown even when using a desktop.
We have tried everything, we removed all cache-systems but the problem is still there.
Also, the problem is only there when entering the website via google, not when visting the website directly.
I might have the same problem as you. It is just page templates that are affected but things are fine on an older project I implemented over a year ago. It does appear there is a conflict with page templates loading a mobile template. This is using Google Chrome.

Hi @hojjo,
Usually, this happens with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support then the mobile theme version can be delivered instead.
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ or you can use WP Rocket.
Also, please let me know what plugin you use for the cache now.

Thank you!

Hi,
It is not recommended to use more cache options. Can you please ask your host if he can help you with this issue? Also, you can check this topic https://stackoverflow.com/questions/74518534/varnish-how-to-cache-for-mobile-and-desktop-site
