1. How do I add tags and custom taxonomies to the Flex Box/Loops? I created a new taxonomy for “cities” and it doesn’t show up.
2. Undo/Redo doesn’t work when I’m in the editor.

1. For this, you need to create a module, add the module taxonomy element, and then assign the module to the flex block and flex loop builders.
2.The option for the undo-redo is disabled for this please open a page in tagDiv Composer, then click on Manager and then on settings -> https://i.imgur.com/KuvxEl6.png enable the option and should display the arrows for undo and redo ->

And what do I do after I’ve created the module? I can’t find it in the cloud library or a place to save it anywhere

You need to set here the post type name, i.e. post_tag https://i.imgur.com/aYPfAVG.png, and it will show the tags.
You can create the modules in the tab Cloud Library -> Modules -> please check the guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/modules-builder-newspaper-theme/
