Hi,

Usually, this happens with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support then the mobile version can be delivered instead.
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, you can check this https://i.imgur.com/Es7nHNh.png
Also, this issue can be caused by some options that you have configured for the plugin can cause the issue.
Also, please deactivate the AMP plugin -> https://developer.bigcommerce.com/docs/storefront/wordpress/platform-integration/enabling-amp

Thank you!

Hi, ok thanks, i have fixed that. I have also disabled the AMP plugin.

Another thing, I have created a mobile page with TagDiv Composer, yet I don’t see it on my mobile, it looks like setting from here apply wp-admin/admin.php?page=td_theme_panel

Hi,

Did you assign the page to the homepage here -> https://i.imgur.com/mx7Ldy4.png? What cache plugin do you use? Do you still have the tagdiv mobile theme plugin activated?

Thank you!

Hi,

it’s assigned. Mobile activated, AMP deactivated.

A default one from easyWP Is internal, so I will have to contact them; please confirm that it most likely is the problem, and what should I tell them?

Hi,

Please also disable the mobile theme plugin and check after.

Thank you!
