Hello, when i add a subcategory to the main menu of my website, the subcategories should appear with the hover feature, but whenever i add a page as a subcategory from the customize section, this feature does not work.
There are normally 5 more subpages under the menu that I have enclosed in red. However, as I said, when I try to add them to the menu, the submenu feature does not work.
Hello,
So, is there a page or subcategories? For menu, please check the structure, because you do not need to set here pages; you can set only the parent category -> https://i.imgur.com/KYqBllI.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/
Thank you!
As you can see in the image i sent, on the left side there are category pages that are currently in my main menu. When I add any category page under these, the other categories that are normally under this page should be visible when I hover the cursor over the category page.
I am adding it with a sub-image.
In the other image below, we can actually see the structure i want.
Now the real problem here is this. When I log in with my admin account, I can actually see the structure that it should be. However, when I log in to the website from the incognito tab, the section where I added a subcategory is directly disabled. There is an icon next to the category page that shows that it has a subcategory, but when I hover over this category, I cannot even see the link to the page.
Hi,
This is my website: https://www.oyun-gurusu.com/
Yes im using litespeed cache. Cache cleared.
By the way, the “show submenu in composer” section in TagDiv Composer is disabled. I’m trying to enable it but I’ve been waiting on the save screen for 10 minutes 🙂
Hello again, I found the problem. Litespeed Cache is somehow not reflecting the changes here on the site. Disabling the plugin fixed it. Have you had this problem before?
Hello,
This plugin creates an object cache file. You can delete it -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/ or clear more times the cache.
Thank you!
