Hello, I try to save a change in the theme settings and it keeps thinking, with the icon active all the time and the change is never saved.

Wordpress is updated to 6.71 and the theme also has the latest version 5.4.3.1

The php version is 8.2.23.

Do you know what could be happening?

Hi,

Please check the console when you hit the save button and see if there is an error. With right-click -> inspect -> console -> select the error in the tab network -> preview. Which usually displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Thank you!

Hi,

Thanks for your quick response!

This is the message of console: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 406 ()”

From the server they tell me that it seems that it is interpreting that it is an XXS attack…

Hi,

That is very unusual. Maybe an exception could be created for the security/firewall used on the website/server, so that it does not block the theme save request https://prnt.sc/ijCpZoQKvr_y If it’s blocked, it will not work unfortunately.

Could you contact us by email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the theme panel settings in a pastebin? You can copy the theme panel code from here https://prnt.sc/JueIqzN5lGMN and provide it via a pastebin https://pastebin.com/
Or provide admin login in the email, for the website. We just want to make sure there’s nothing wrong inside the theme panel. Let us know.

Thank you!
