I activated the tag div plugin and the issue was solved but today again the plugin got deactivated again and the issue came again. I reactivated and the issue is fixed. Not sure why it coming again and again.
Also My media is getting spammed by these : https://prnt.sc/SyfAexEURytZ

Those icons are from the Newsletter plugin. You can deactivate it if you do not use it.

Normally, the plugins should remain installed and active. Our plugins are not set up to deactivate themselves. Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. If you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it and see if the problem goes away.
Delete the plugin and re-install it again: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-how-to-update-a-plugin/

for far i have reactivated the plugin 6 times and it keeps getting deactivated. I tried to follow the steps you mentioned but its of no help. I want someone from newspaper dev to see and fix the flaw. My site keeps breaking because of your theme
