If you want to move the theme to another website or change domain/migrate, you’ll need to reset the license key from that website: https://www.screencast.com/t/Zt12bpyX and remove the theme (delete); in this way, the license will be available for the new website, and you can use the theme without any problems.

I have reset Keys from “System status” of existing website (https://arabnewswire.com/)
And when I try to activate it to new website by putting Envato purchase code and email (https://autoarabia.me)
it spinning a bit and no response return after click “Activate” button.
What is the issue ?

First, make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again to activate the theme.

How can I change default placeholder image of module, mega menu etc.
I had uploaded a my image from Theme panel > Template setting > Thumbs on block/module
Even I had regenerated by recommended plugin but it not works for me.

I had the same issue – I reseted licence key, delete theme and plugins, clear cache but still can’t unassign licence from old domain. I had info that “To use a license key on a different domain, you can unassign it from the list anytime after 2025-05-16 20:53:37 UTC + 02:00.

It worked for me.
First of all you need to reset key from existing website if you have the website activated license.
Then get back to new website where you want to reactivate the license. then deactivate all other plugin except Newspaper native then you should try to activate and it should work.

@emailwie I’m glad you solved your issue! That is the featured image of your posts. You should set a featured image for all your posts to display the image there: https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/. If you do not want to, you can have a preset one added by you in the single post template. The option is called “Default image,” and it is found in the Single Post Featured Image and Single Post BG Featured Image.
@marlonk If you assign and unassign multiple times, you should wait until you can do this procedure again.

I will have many articles on website which don’t have their featured image.
and I see the placeholder image come from :

I tried to replace a no thumb image by “Newspaper-child theme”
But it not works actually:
I created below path on child theme:
public_html/wp-content/themes/Newspaper-child/legacy/Newspaper/assets/images/no-thumb/td_696x0.png
But the “no thumb image” still come from Main theme part

You don’t need to make changes in the child theme, you just need to set a placeholder from Theme Panel -> Blocks Settings -> https://i.imgur.com/mo0Cbu2.png
After you set the placeholder, you need to use this to regenerate the thumbs -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbs-on-modules-and-blocks/
