If we import your template, will we need to install or configure anything else to enable users to purchase subscriptions? For example, is WooCommerce required or is it already integrated?
How will clients be able to make payments? Do we need to connect a payment gateway like Stripe or another system separately?
Is there anything else required to ensure that the subscription and sign-up system works fully and reliably?

Our theme offers a subscription plugin and this can be used with back transfer, PayPal and Stripe. If those are enough payment methods for you, then there is no need for an extra plugin, but if you need different payment methods, then you will need to find a subscription plugin that can do what you need.
