I purchased the publications pro and now I’m concerned as it’s not quite user-friendly. Ideally, i figured i could just use the existing template with content and just edit with my own material but that is not the case.
Also, where exactly am I editing/making changes to my website? Is it inside the “theme panel.”
Feeling a bit intimidated and in need of some guidance. I am using dreamhost inside of wordpress.org.

To edit the pages and cloud templates, you’ll need to use the theme builder, tagDiv Composer

dream host told me the following: Install WPBakery Page Builder
This usually comes bundled with the theme from ThemeForest. If you downloaded the full theme package, you should find a /plugins/ folder that includes WPBakery.
Once found, upload it through Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, and then activate it.
I do not have WP Bakery Page Builder as a plug in option with TagDiv. Did this not come with the theme package?

The plugin is indeed provided with the theme, but we no longer recommend using it; we recommend using the theme builder, tagDiv Composer, all demos and templates from our theme are made with the theme builder.
You can find the latest version in the theme package if you download it from ThemeForest.
You can find the WP Bakery in this path Newspaper-tf\code\other_plugins if you want to use it.

I would like to request a refund on this product. I have been on several calls with dreamhost trying to figure out how to properly edit this template and it’s given me problems.
I am using WordPress 6.8.2
When editing posts, the Gutenberg/block editor shows an error
The issue disappears when switching to a default theme
