Yes, the Flex block can display the products – https://i.imgur.com/0UO3u8L.png, but it will show them as articles — only the image and title, without the price. For WooCommerce products, it’s better to use the Woo Product Block element https://i.imgur.com/D3BK5az.png, as it includes the price along with the product details.

Does the Woo Product Block have only one layout? Doesn’t it have multiple styles like the other blocks?

In case you are referring to the fact that there is only one lock to use for Woo products, then yes, it is only one.
