Hi, received email via themeforest that update is available for download. However, no clear guidelines to help. When I click to download, I see the files.
Now, why isn’t the update pushed to WordPress directly?
Or, am I to upload these files to WordPress? Won’t that affect existing setup? Confused here and look for clarification. Thanks

Before doing the theme update, make sure that you have a full backup for your website.
