Hi
I recently installed Newspaper 6. I installed a demo layout and in the Theme Panel selected the layout I wanted for all my Categories. All the category landing pages look great but the Homepage doesn’t seem to have had that same style applied. How do I customise the layout of my Homepage?
Basically I wanted http://buzzhut.co.uk/ to look like http://buzzhut.co.uk/category/games-2/ and http://buzzhut.co.uk/category/gadgets/
Where do I go to do this?

I have checked your homepage and you use the same Big Grid like in category page and also you use a block that is made by module 10 like you use on category page. I guess that you have figured out how to edit page and add new blocks (remove blocks). Please provide more details if you want to change something else and I have misunderstood.

You need to edit your homepage and add/remove blocks using Visual Composer – http://screencast.com/t/UZgWbs6oDo9 you will have to create your page how you wish I’m not sure how can I help. I could really use some help with the upgrade, my last attempt went fatally wrong and I had to restore the backup files and database. I am running version 4.x (April upgrade). I followed the instructions on your how-to upgrade page.
I turned off all plugins, renamed old theme folder, uploaded new theme 6 folder, ran update script but the settings didn’t get transferred. It was a real mess. I would try and edit the homepage using the Visual Composer.. adding a simple text box but that wouldn’t even show up. I then tried to install the demo with content figuring if that worked I could at least use that as a base but that didn’t work either.
Im afraid to try upgrading it again.
