I know this was covered in previous versions, but is there any place in the documentation for v6 that shows the best size or ratio for featured images?

Hi,

Here you can find images sizes required for each module and at the bottom about the aspect ratio https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/

Also in Theme Panel > Block Settings > Thumbs on modules & blocks you will find all the themes image sizes and also in description where is used
