Hi,

I cannot see your screenshot We know about an issue with Big Grid, when child theme is used and it will be fixed in the next update. Please also check this solution, it may help – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/big-grid-1-and-2-problems-on-newspaper-6-and-6-1/#post-55067

Did you tried using the main theme? We know that it is an issue with child theme and it will be fixed as soon as possible. Sorry for inconvenience!
