How do I go about adding clickable sub-category filters like seen on the Tech And Gadgets block in this image?

Thank you, that worked. But now I have a new question lol, in the screenshot it shows the tabs aligned right next to the block title whereas with mine, it pushes them all the way to the right. Is there a way to adjust their positioning?
