Social Counter Widget not Working

Hi Support,

When I add the twitter user to the Social counter widget, it breaks the sidebar e.g. all widgets below the social counter disappears. When I only add in Facebook and Youtube users, it displays the widget, but no fans or subscribers are displayed (current config).

I have disabled all plugins except VC and tagdiv social counter. However the behaviour persists.

Hi

Try to update the theme and the plugins at the latest version, clear the cache, purge your files if you use cdn and test again. The plugin should work fine as was tested with the theme. Before the update check our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-theme/

Same here. Is there a Little fix for Version 4.6.3 ?

I cant update so fast to 6.x , because the design is going to be totally broken. I need more time for planning that upgrade, in the meanwhile i would like to repair the Facebook fan count in sidebar.
The count was stuck, ive tried to re-enter the ID and now its saying 0 fans…
