Version 6.4 updates error

I have load last updates 6.4 with all new plugins. And can’t open the admin panel now: The client’s website is still working but when enter /wp-admin – nothing

Hi,

You cannot cannot connect to wordpress? Or your settings are not saved?
Please provide more details about this? How did you updated the theme? And did you upgraded from version 4? Do you get any errors?
I’m not sure why you have this issue, are you sure that you don’t use any plugins that may affect this? Check this guide how to update the theme(try to update via FTP) – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/

I have uploaded via FTP. When I load wp-admin – it shows white windows without any downloads.

Hi,

Try to connect via ftp and rename the plugins folder, so you will disable them, maybe it is a conflict there – https://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F
