no, i didn’t update the theme recently.
now i tried to upload the theme downloaded from themeforest but doesn’t work again, always the same mistake.

Please send us your admin details via email so we can have closer look at this and also make sure you empty all caches and purge cdn files if using an cdn host then test again without any plugins active, besides theme’s plugins.

Hi
my problem was that the server software was not Apache but Microsoft IIS. Changing server software through the host, now it works. You can find the server software version in Newspaper – System status – php.ini configuration.
