I wish to change how the posts appear on the landing/home page.. I do not want them to be in the form of a list.. I want them to be appearing as it appears in http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/
How do I do that?

Hello ,
You can edit your homepage in visual composer and use different blocks to display posts.
In the demo you will see the types of blocks you can use: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-1/
