This looks similar to a problem “Jetpack” plugin creates for the mobile version of the site if an option is checked: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-manage-the-mobile-theme/
Make sure you check Jetpack settings first.
Check your other plugins as well maybe try to disable all of them except visual composer and check the speed again.

Many thanks forthe rapidity of your answer. There wasn’t a bug. I’d let checked mobile theme in jetpack.
I’ve also unchecked “leasyload” and I think it’s much faster even if the pagespeed test is bad 78/100 I’ll work on it.
